He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Sperling and Mary Sperling (Webster); his wife Theresa A. Faunce; his brother Leonard; and his stepchildren, Russell, Stephen, Dennis Faunce and Catherine Buchanan.

He is survived by: his sister Joyce Lange-Brown of Florida; and his stepchildren, Thomas Faunce, Frank Faunce, Curt Faunce, Robert Faunce, Theresa Hohner, Claire Faunce, Bernadette Faunce and Mary Lee.
