He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fenech and Josephine Fenech (Galea); his wife Judith Lynn Fenech; and his brothers, Emmanuel Fenech and Joseph Fenech.

He is survived by: his former wife Judy Furry; his son Vincent J. Fenech (Tawni); and his granddaughter Adrienne Fenech (Kay Tomich).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America.
