He was predeceased by: his spouse Caroline "Kay"; and his sibling Florence Lynch. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Wright (Bill), Larry (Lisa), Rodney, Josie (Darrell), Abby, Brooklyn, Madyson, Will and Logan; his grandchildren, Makylee, Avery and Cody; and his sibling Virginia Sheehan.

The family suggests donations in memory of Ronald to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
