He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Neal Crutchfield and Hazel Crutchfield of North Port. He is survived by: his children, Angela Ragsdel (Chad) of Monroe and Cody N. Crutchfield of Carleton; his sister Judy Henegar (Doug) of Rotunda West; his grandchildren, Sydney Ragsdel and Briella Ragsdel; and his friend Gretchen Inoue. He is also survived by five nephews; and one niece.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Crutchfield Family to assist with funeral arrangements.
