Reubein Sachs Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reubein Sachs of Carleton, Michigan, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. Sachs and Beulah L. Sachs (Grundman); his wife Thelma Lajiness; his son Ronald Sachs; his grandson Douglas Bailey; his siblings, Russell, Albert Jr., Floyd Sachs and Alma Held; his son-in-law Philip Mebus; and his siblings-in-law, Alvin Held and Carol Sachs.

He is survived by: his great grandchild Khloe; his children, Ricky Sachs (Jody) of Walbridge, Ohio, Sharon Mebus of St. Clair Shores and Debra Griffin (Tom) of Belleville, Michigan; and his daughter-in-law Diane Greenwood (Gary) of Newport, Michigan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Masks and social distancing will be required to ensure safety.
