She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mullins and Icy Mullins (Greer); her husband Matthew Mullins; her son Terry; and her grandson Jeremy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Simmons and Diane Thorn (Don); her grandchildren, Lance (Jill), Stacy, Kristie (Corey), Brandi, Justin (Kim) and Kim; her great grandchildren, Austin, Samara, Sierra, Aaliyah, Mariah, Kenley, Fallon and Dylan; and her siblings, Nell Smallwood, Bill Mullins, Negia Alexander, Pat Fulginiti and Brenda Newsom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
