He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene C. Biela and Julianna M. Biela (Cieslinski). He is survived by: his wife Connie M. Burt of Carleton; his daughters, Julie Frazer (Michael) of Monroe, Anna Biela-Robinson (Andrew) of Marshall and Amanda Biela (Andrew Buchanan) of Monroe; his sister Susan Biela of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Claire and Grace Frazer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Paul's memory are suggested to the family or V.F.W. Post 1138 Monroe.
