It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Jean Smith of Carleton, Michigan, who passed away, on September 4, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Carleton J. Smith; and her brothers, Valmore Chapin, Sr. and Donald Chapin. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Simmons of Southfield, MI and Sheryl Gillett (Kevin Pendleton) of Indialantic, FL; her grandchildren, Bruce LaValley (Colleen), Cathy LaValley, Lesley Kozminski (Brian) and Christa Hudson (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Amanda Merrifield (Johnathon), Kelsey LaValley, Lauren, Lynsey Hudson, Simone and Camille Kozminski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, the visitation will be open to the public, but the funeral service will be immediate family only.
