He was predeceased by: his stepmother Elizabeth; and his brother Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Annette Sayles; his children, Kevin Kuzewski, Ryan Kuzewski (Kristen) and Kara Jeffrey (John); his grandchildren, Andrew, Conner, Joanne, Phillip Parriet and Gary; and his sister Mary Lodico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
