She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Nita Smith (Streit); her husband James Cronenwett; and her siblings, Wayne Smith, Ila Schmitt and Kay Kuhlman.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Cronenwett, Susan Szmigiel (Paul), Keith Cronenwett (Jeanne), Jane Helmer and Amy Costello (Joseph); her grandchildren, Joel Cronenwett (Anna), Leslie Valentine (Nick), Elizabeth Helmer (Lynn), Megan Pawson (Zach), Daniel Coonan-Helmer (Meghan), Monica Klosterman (Brady) and James Costello (Megan); and her sister Wanda Cronenwett. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of choice, in her honor.
