He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Adam; and his siblings, Neil Adam and Mary Ugorowski. He is survived by: his parent Lorretta Adam (McDonald); his spouse Patricia A. Forton; and his children, Lynne Suazo (Sam) of Alamosa, CO, Sherry Price (Spencer) of Schoolcraft, MI, Timothy Adam of Chesterfield Twp, Geri Desaussure (John) of Southfield, MI and Michael Adam (Debbie) of Taylor, MI. He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
