He is survived by: his wife Debbie Quigley; his children, Cheryl Krebs (Chris), Lori Mills (Mike), Bryan Quigley (Tammy), Lisa Forsythe (Shawn) and Jennifer DeBusk (Chad); his sisters, Carole Frazier (Jim) and Bonnie Lesniewitz; and his friend Marc Anthos. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
