He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Holbrook and Ruth Holbrook (Borum); his daughter Deborah Holbrook; and his siblings, Gilbert, Bill, Rhan, Bob, Patricia McMurtry, Sharon Yuchasz and Kay Max.
He is survived by: his wife Delais Holbrook; his children, Valerie Ross, Jack Holbrook (Judy), Angela Hodges (Chris) and Scott Holbrook (Becky); his grandchildren, Anthony, Stacy, Clayton, Bruce, Madison, Megan, Amber and Mia; his great grandchild Carmie; and his brother Danny Holbrook (Deb).
