He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Meyer and Elizabeth Meyer (Liptow); his siblings, Genevieve Naszradi and Laverne "Bing" Meyer; and his brothers-in-law, Floyd Brancheau, John Kelley, Harry Schassberger and Clyde Guthrie.
He is survived by: his wife Mariann Meyer; his children, Todd Meyer (Karen) of Monroe, Roger Meyer of Monroe, Dawn Hadley (Dick) and Shawna Meyer of Monroe; his grandchildren, Corin Hadley, Kayla Knapp (Brian), Kyle Hadley (Cloe) and Trevor Meyer (Mary); his sisters, Ilah Mae Brancheau of Newport, Donna Kelley of Temperance, Pat Schassberger of Monroe and Lorena Guthrie of Monroe; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Meyer of Carleton and John Naszradi of Novi, MI. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to any of the following charities: Divine Grace Parish, SMCC Athletic Department, ProMedica Hospice, or Elm House.
