He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Hamlet and Rita Hamlet (Miller); and his son Anthony Hamlet. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Hamlet (Cook); his children, Terri Hamlet, Jami Herschelman, Shannon Lange, Steven Maciag, Helen Hernandez, Paul Maciag, Christopher Hamlet and Pete Zaker; and his siblings, Jim Hamlet (Pat) and Brenda Wahlberg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
