He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beulah Mae McCurry, Rosalie Smith and Johnny B. Carroll. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty, Jimmy Carroll (Irene), Myrtle Jean Perry and Peggy Faye Hall; and his daughter Jennifer McLaughlin. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
