It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald A. Grant of Carleton, Michigan, born in Wyandotte, Michigan, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Grant and Mamie Grant (Larson); his spouse Meldonna Calkins; his brothers, Wesley Grant and Norman Grant; and his grandson Chad Grant.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Grant, Ronald Grant and Richard (Heidi); his granddaughters, Renee Pipis (Charles) and Mandy Grant of Randy; his great grandchildren, Alexus, Chasmin, A. J., Bristol, Bailyn, Kinsley and Maverick; and his sister-in-law Marion Yoas.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Carleton United Methodist Church or St. Joseph Mercy Hospice.
