He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Ball and Helen Ball (Rose); his grandmother Chopson; his children, Tracy, Carl Ball Jr. (Catherine), Kimberly Ball (Heather Scott) and Carla Coss (Mark); his sister Betty Fritz; and his close friends, Roy and Helen Raymer. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
