She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Hayter and Anna Hayter (Burt); her husband Kenneth Rains; her daughter Dawn Roney; and her stepson Roland Laura Jr.
She is survived by: her husband Roland Laura of Carleton; her daughters, April Seidel (Troy) of Allen Park and Stacey Fix of Lincoln Park; her siblings, Joann Bailey of Monroe and Eugene Hayter of Monroe; and her stepchildren, Kathy Tedder Dear of Oxford, Raelynn Nidiffer (John) of Carleton, Debbie Goltz (Brian) of Stoney Ridge, Lorette Lathan of Monroe and Mike Laura (Patty) of Woodhaven.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the family.
