He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kohlstrunk and Olga Kohlstrunk (Isabel); and his daughter Carol Kourtakis (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Isabel Jane Stover; his sister Ruth Woodside of New Zealand; his daughter Joanne Northey (Tom); and his grandchildren, Alaina Clemons, Elyssa Bisoski (Luke), Alex, Julia and Calvin.
