She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kaczan and Stella Kaczan (Trzeciak); her husband Edward Motyka; and her siblings, Al Kaczan, Frank Kaczan and Dianne Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald E. Motyka (Kathy), Karen Chinavare and Robert M. Motyka; and her grandchildren, Lori Sarnowski (Kevin), Stephanie Niedermeyer (Paul), Brian Chinavare, Ronnie Motyka (Jennifer), Michelle Flis (Dave) and Edward Motyka (Angie). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the St. Patrick's Endowment or Divine Grace Parish or EWTN.
