He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cutcher and Alma Cutcher; his brother Robert Cutcher, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Remi Pype, Roger Pype, Karen Pype and Joanne Pype.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pype; his children, Scott Cutcher (Kathy), Cheryl Cutcher, Tammy Cutcher and Lori Ball (Darrell); his grandchildren, Kelly Stine (Derek), Erin Whitehead (Justin), Megan Jordan-Cutcher (Heather), Michael Jurkiewicz (Nicole), Dan Soule (Heidi), Ronnie Soule (Brittany), Jacob Soule (Katelyn), Shayna Mayer (Ethan), Darcie Closurdo (Anthony) and Dayna Lesniak (Joey); his great grandchildren, Reis, Macie, Calvin, Claire, Dylan, Ava, Julia, Isabella, Ariana, Cecilia, Carter, Cami, Chloe and Delilah; his sisters, Elizabeth Burgess (Bob) and Delores VanPoelvoorde (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Pype, Charlene Pype and Nannette Pype. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
