It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Sophie Behnke of Capac, Michigan, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kandler and Anna Kandler (Klein); her husband James O. Behnke; her son Ronald; and her siblings, Karl, Frank, Theresa, Max, Anne and John.
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Peggy), Dennis of Melvin, David of Lansing, Kathy (Junior McGuire) and Edward (Kathleen). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several, nieces, nephews and friends.
