He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Ambrose and Nina Ambrose (Dockham); and his brother Joseph Ambrose. He is survived by: his wife Janis Lorraine Dolan; his children, Justin Ambrose and Regina Fabbri (Scott); his grandsons, Jonathan Ambrose, Easton Fabbri and Richard Fabbri; and his siblings, Nancy Pitts (Fran) and David Ambrose (Rene).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Conrad Community Center in his memory.
