With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Kubiak (Canton, Michigan), born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on November 30, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Kubiak; her children, Michael Kubiak (Kelly), Brian Kubiak and Holly Kubiak-Squashic; her grandchildren, Derek, Grace, Ben, Jack and Kate; her siblings, Johnny Bergstrom (Wendy), Billy Bergstrom and Susie Carr; and her sister-in-law Jerry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother in law.
