She is survived by: her husband Clement E.; her children, Dennis Haverkate, Gary Haverkate and Kathryn Schultz; her stepchildren, Clement W. (Suzi), Patricia Phillips (Tom), David and Mary Cooper; and her siblings, Pat Slocum and Ray Inman.
