She was predeceased by: her daughter Madeline; her parents, Louis Burkhart and Dorothy Burkhart; her grandson Christopher; and her brother James.

She is survived by: her children, Casimir Suchyta III (Monica), Eugene Suchyta (Kathleen) and Charmaine Wawrzyniec (Phil); her grandchildren, Scott Suchyta (Jessica), Eric Suchyta, Kimberly Suchyta, Kyle Wawrzyniec, Emily Suchyta and Dana Wawrzyniec; and her great grandchild Emma Wawrzyniec.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
