She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barkholz and Mildred McMahon; her husband James V. Griffin, Jr.; her son James Allen Griffin; her grandson Jimmy; and her siblings, Donald Barkholz, Eleanor Horn and Mildred Cathey.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Griffin (Kelly) and Mary Ann Falardeau (Michael); her grandchildren, Jason (Melissa), April, Lindsey, Jennelle and Jillian; and her siblings, Rita Dykes (Daniel) and William Barkholz (Carol). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home (42600 Ford Rd, Canton, MI 48187). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
