He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Kapff and Mary Jane Kapff (Colgan); his friend Bill W.; his husband Dr. Robert Merliss; his sister-in-law Cheryl Kapff; his nephew Matthew Kapff; his great-nephews, Julian and Logan Kapff; and his aunt Marlene Colgan.
