She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard; her children, Rick Yax (Dawn), Linnea Bernardo (Sam), Michael Yax (Janet) and Christy Bigliardi (Matt); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher, Lauren, Michael, Ryan, Jessica, Claire, Ashley and Annalisa; and her sisters, Elaine Siler (John) and Lenore Sjoberg (Geof).
