She was predeceased by: her father Barry Chabala. She is survived by: her children, Brennan and Dylan; her husband Daniel Graham; her mother Judith Chabala; her siblings, Katherine Truba (Brian) and Michael Chabala (Kelly); and her nieces, Gabrielle and Emma Chabala. She is also survived by mother to her sons.
