He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph, Edward, Chester, Jane Hartfelder and Mary "Hattie" Kowalski.
He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Carol Jacobs (David) and Joe Grabowski (Doree Cook); his grandsons, David Jr. Jacobs (Lora), Stephen Jacobs (Kristen), Michael Jacobs, Andrew Grabowski, Matthew Grabowski, Adam Cook and Jacob Cook; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Lucas and Lincoln; and his brother Stanley (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
