He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth; his children, Denise Barber (Jamie), Jennifer Krause (George) and Stephen Huber (Jeannette); his grandchildren, Tyler Williams (Megan), Jacob Williams, Amanda Schmitt (Christopher), Emily Weckesser (Nick), Ryan Barber (Natalie), Reid Barber (Hannah), Claire Barber, William Huber and Alexander Huber; and his great grandchildren, Savi, Avery, Greta, Shane and Jonathan "Jack".
