He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hoelscher and Mary Hoelscher; his wife Mae Moore; his siblings, Elmer, Lester, Leona and Eleanor; and his son Jerome "Jay" E. Hoelscher, Jr. (Kaye).
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Wenderski (Ronald), Bonita Bloom, Daniel Hoelscher, Doris Darga (Terry), Catherine Hoelscher and Patrick Hoelscher. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors in his name.
