He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Minks and Blanch Minks (Hughes); his brother Roy Hughes Minks; and his wife Anna Gayle Minks. He is survived by: his sisters, Hettie Lynn Tynes and Sharon Sue Burkett; his children, Sandra Kay Mroz (Mark), Cheryl Ann Poris (Andrew), James David Minks (Shanda) and Robert Alan Minks (Tanya); and his stepson Charles Blundell Reynolds, II. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
