He was predeceased by: his parents, William Flanagan and Theresa Flanagan; and his brother Timothy Flanagan. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Flanagan (Mary), Michael Flanagan, Mary DeLeeuw (Dennis), Martin Flanagan (Janet), Theresa Flanagan, Cathy Giles (George), Joanne Palmer, Patrick Flanagan and William J. Flanagan Jr. (Christy); and his sibling-in-law Lynn Flanagan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
