He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McDade and Annette McDade. He is survived by: his wife Susan McDade; his children, Jennifer Boze (Scott), Beth Cooper and Jeffrey Gray (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Nathan, Ella, Isabella and Adeline; his children, Gary Jr., Robert and Colleen; and his close friend Mac.
