He is survived by: his children, Greg (Ellie), Thomas (Elizabeth) and Mary Ann Slade (Jim); his grandchildren, Brooke Cole (Josh), Sara VanWinkle (Dave), Amanda Schupra, Justin Slade (Mariam), Andrew Slade and Travis Schupra; his great grandchildren, Adler, Mayes, Kru and Segni; and his brothers, Stephen and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
