He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Iyama-Kurtycz (Christina Iyama-Kurtycz) and Pastor Wayne Kurtycz (Renee Kurtycz); his grandchildren, David Kurtycz, Jonathan Kurtycz (Laura Bernstein-Kurtycz), Hannah Kurtycz-Booker (Seth Booker), Katherine Kurtycz, Fiancé Austin Secor, Claire Kurtycz, Lucas Kurtycz and Zara Kurtycz; his great grandchild Hudson Samuel Wayne Booker; and his siblings, Eleanor Alberts and Norman Kurtycz (Catherine). He is also survived by niece, nephew, relatives, neighbors, coworkers, and dear friends.
