She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Darragh; her parents, Ewald Dahlke and Therese Dahlke (Winkel); and her sisters, Ilsa Dahlke, Irmgard Dahlke and Hildegard Dahlke.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Darragh (Debra), James Darragh (Karen) and Theresa Murphy (Ken); and her grandchildren, Benjamin Darragh (Christine), Anna Publiski (Brian), Emily Quinton (Jonathan), Kaitlyn Beddoes (Brian), Elana Darragh, Brian Murphy (Melodie Messer) and Erin Murphy. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Elsie's memory may be made to the St.
John's Lutheran School Student Scholarship Fund.
