He is survived by: his wife Grace; his sons, Keith and Kevin Levick; his stepchildren, Bernadette Furca, Mary Voiles and Mark Furca; and his siblings, Frank Levick, Dennis Levick (Tracie), Luana Hicks (Loyd) and Robin Proffitt (Larry). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
