He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Anthony Lucas. He is survived by: his spouse Lauren; his daughters, Diane Neal (Jim), Nicole Mango (Ken) and Cherie Lucas; and his brother Dennis Lucas (late Valerie). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
