He is survived by: his fiancée Karen Clawson; his children, Dawn Knowles, Lawrence Kapp (Vielka), Elizabeth Clark (William) and Dennis Kapp (Jill); his stepchildren, Kenneth Clawson, Kelly Clawson, Kristen Clawson and Kaitlyn Clawson; his grandchildren, Ashley Knowles, Alyssia Griffith, Ariel Kapp, Shawn Clark (Elisabeth), Dominique Kennard, Sebastian Clark and Wolfgang Kapp; his great grandchildren, Emberlyn Griffith, Brandon Clark and Michael Clark; and his siblings, Joseph Kapp (Elaine), Douglas Kapp (Kathleen) and Marianne (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
