She was predeceased by: her husband Mark E. Adler; her parents, Crawford Lewis and Phyllis Lewis; and her brother Dean Lewis. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly (Shawn) and Kristen Adler; her pet Yoda; and her brothers, Randy Lewis (Debbie) and Mark Lewis (Annie).
