She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Gertrude Smith (Dunbar); her husband James Arthur Ball; and her sister Barbara Jean Plahuta (Smith). She is survived by: her sister Eileen Yost (Smith); her daughters, Patricia Wozniak (Peter) of Bradenton and Susan Kell (John) of Germantown Hills, Illinois; her grandchildren, David Wozniak (Sarah), James Ryan Mulcrone, Patrick Mulcrone (Ushashi), Lauren Proctor (Colin), Shannyn Kell and Erynn Kell; and her great grandchildren, Vindya Mulcrone and Kaveri Mulcrone.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home (851 N Canton Center Rd, Canton, MI 48187). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas A'Becket Catholic Church (555 S Lilley Rd, Canton, MI 48188).
