With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruno D. Hetkowski Jr. of Canton, Michigan, born in Hamtramck, Michigan, who passed away on January 11, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Hetkowski, and Bruno Hetkowski, Sr.; his wife Joan Stouder; his children, Cheryl Thiele and Mark Hetkowski; his grandsons, Keith Davis and Alexander Duca; and his sisters, Delores Young and Helene Wasiak.
He is survived by: his children, Bruno "Del" Hetkowski III (Sherry), Ellen Duca (John), John Hetkowski (Valerie) and Steven Hetkowski; and his grandchildren, Holly, Scott, Ryan, Aaron, Nick, Zachary, Kelly, John Bruno, Tyler, Mark and Timothy. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Keeping everyone's safety in mind, the family kindly asks that all guests wear a mask while attending services.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bruno's name are appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
