He was predeceased by: his wife Roswitha; and also Leon Hyrb (Daphne). He is survived by: his children, Dan (Rawa), Scott (Christine) and Tanja (Hamza); his grandchildren, Connor, Ryan, Rhianna, Regan, Matthew, Paul, Rachel and Aimee; his great grandchildren, Yuki, Hiro and Lillian; his brother Jim Hyrb (Maxine); and also Marjorie Hyrb (Tom).
