He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Sebok; and his parents, Joseph Sebok and Mary Sebok. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kimberly Sebok, Strock, Juliann Patton (Dave Marsh) and Martin Sebok (Beth); his grandchildren, Mara, Erich, Brandyn, Justin (Maddie), Robert, Megan, Nick, Shannon and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Kylie and Colson.
