He is survived by: his girlfriend June Clevenger; his girlfriend's children, Serena Newton (Chuck) and Shelly Shafer (Roger Burkeen); his grandchildren, Troy Shafer (Nicole Raciborski) and Ashley Shafer (Jason Walston); his great grandchildren, Christina Shafer, Trevor Shafer, Colton Frost and Mitchell Lyerla; his great great grandchild Madelyn Shafer; and his siblings, Jeanne Martin, Robert and Michael Riehle.
