She is survived by: her mother Nancy Tanner Sr. (Delaney) of Hudson, MI; her husband Eric Hoffman; her children, Ashlynn Hoffman (Breon Joseph) of Camden and Abbey Hoffman (Jared Collins) of Camden; and her brother George Tanner Jr. of Hudson, MI.

Memorial donations are suggested to Hillsdale County Hospice.
